I must shed light on those who are unwilling.
For the past year I was faced with obsacles that would challenge my personal growth, which lead me to question my own actions.
When I was wrong I learned to adapt to my surroundings, since being stubborn would not effectively enhance my growth.
I love my job and care about my fellow partners success.
I see Starbucks as my second family and would do anything in my power to help those around me. I have a long road ahead of me to get the motivation back into my store & to create that feel of welcoming not only to our customers but among my crew.
I will inspire you to become better for yourself not just for me.
I will help you grow as a person and will continue to try regardless until we are out of touch.
I maybe young , but I am not naive, I just have faith.
I believe that if you don't share your knowledge no one will ever learn.
